At Taproot Chiropractic & Wellness, we’re excited to bring the LightForce Class IV Laser to our practice! This advanced technology offers a gentle, effective way to reduce pain, support healing, and calm inflammation for a variety of conditions—all without any discomfort!

How It Works

The LightForce Class IV Laser uses photobiomodulation, a process that harnesses specific wavelengths of light to stimulate healing at the cellular level. Here’s what happens during treatment:

  1. Cellular Activation: Photobiomodulation enhances cellular function by increasing mitochondrial activity, boosting energy production, and accelerating tissue repair.

  2. Calming Inflammation: The laser reduces pro-inflammatory markers in the body, which helps decrease swelling and pain.

  3. Improved Circulation: It promotes blood flow to the treatment area, delivering essential oxygen and nutrients to tissues while removing waste products.

Why We’re Excited to Offer It

While therapies like dry needling, cupping, and soft tissue work can be effective, they’re not always the most comfortable. The LightForce Class IV Laser provides a pain-free alternative that feels warm and soothing while delivering scientifically backed results. It’s a fantastic fit for anyone looking for a non-invasive treatment option!

Conditions It Can Help With

The LightForce Class IV Laser can support recovery and relief for:

  • Joint injuries

  • Muscle strains

  • Tendonitis

  • Arthritis

  • Acute and chronic pain

  • Post-surgical recovery

  • Disc problems and sciatica

What to Expect During a Session

Laser therapy sessions are straightforward and quick, lasting 1 to 15 minutes depending on the treatment area. The treatment feels warm and relaxing, with no downtime—so you can jump back into your day right after! It is recommended to have a few sessions for ultimate results, each one building on the one before.

Treatment is available for $60 per session or as a package of six sessions for $300.

Ask Your Doctor!

If you’re curious about whether laser therapy could help you, ask your doctor at your next appointment! Since we introduced this therapy last month, we’ve already seen excellent results. With very few contraindications, it’s an exciting addition to your care options. Let us know if you’d like to schedule a session!
