As many of you have heard, Dr. Shannon's last day at Taproot/Curis will be June 9th.
Although we are so sad that Dr. Shannon is leaving Bulverde, we are super happy for her next adventure!
For the last 3.5 years, Dr. Shannon has been commuting ~1 hr to/from Bulverde. She has been offered and opportunity to take over a practice in La Vernia, which is significantly closer to her home.
We will be holding a Goodbye Happy Hour at Bourbon and Branch on June 2nd 5p-6:30p for any patients who would like to see her off.
What does this mean for the practice and for you?
1. We are actively searching for a doctor to replace Dr. Shannon, but these are some big shoes to fill.
2. Chances are Dr. Angie and Dr. Kierstn will be taking over Dr. Shannon's patients after June 9th. Schedules will be set as that time nears.
3. If you are already an existing patient of Dr. Angie or Dr. Kierstn, we suggest you schedule at least a few months out to secure not only your preferred doctor, but your preferred days and times.
